Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions on which Educlub [“we”, “us”, “our”] is willing to provide membership to you [“you”, “athlete(s)”, “member(s)”], for the Education Club programme [“programme”]
This agreement is made between Edu-Club and the member(s) whose name appears in the application for membership contract. You acknowledge that the following terms & conditions may be treated as a legal contract between you and EduClub. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

1. RACE TIMINGS
Each event of the EduRun 2017 has an official cut off time in which participants must complete their race. These cut-off times are enforced to ensure slower participants do not impede other races and that roads reopen to the public in accordance with event permits.
To ensure participants starting from the back of the field are not disadvantaged, a start line allowance has been applied to selected races. It is important to note that the start line allowance is not an extension of the official cut off time and it remains the participant's responsibility to ensure they finish with a net time within the official cut off time.
The kilometer pace required to finish within the cut-off time has been listed for each race. All participants must finish within these cut off times to avoid disqualification.
